All ETHNOS Directors are Full Members of the Market Research Society. All our staff adhere to the MRS code of conduct.

All our researchers are educated to MSc or PhD level, with extensive research experience with ethnic minority communities and in a range of other substantive areas.

Our specialist ethnic field force (which includes recruiters and in-street/in-home interviewers) is also trained and accrediated.

We have developed our own in-house quality control scheme, which in many ways exceeds industry standards. We aim to ensure that our exacting standards are maintained at all stages of the research process.

We are registered with the Data Protection Agency.
