New product development
Most people from ethnic minority backgrounds consume the same products as the general population. However, there are certain industries and products in relation to which some communities will not feel that their needs are met by mainstream product offerings. For
instance, many Muslims prefer products and services that meet their religious requirements, while many Black women will want hair and cosmetic products designed specifically for their hair and skin type and tone.
From brainstorming to more systematic concept development and testing, through to product development and testing, via input on packaging and overall commercial strategy, ETHNOS produces the research which organisations need in order to capitalise on the growing ethnic market.
