Our qualitative and ethnographic research is used to provide a real depth of insight into consumer attitudes and behaviours amongst minority ethnic communities. Focus groups, in-depth interviews and in-home/in-store observations elicit a detailed understanding of the underlying factors which motivate the minority ethnic consumer towards particular goods, services or brands.
